Political endorsement made easy

Endorsement. It’s a big bulky word. It’s really just telling the world which gang you’re in, which team you’re backing. In politics, it’s kind of the bread and butter of supporting a candidate. And – hurrah modern world – this is now easier than ever.

The Ad Your Voice campaign is a vehicle for pledging your support to president Obama in the 2012 presidential election. It’s all about making your voice heard, via video, photo and social media.

In support of the campaign, the team behind the free photo booth app GoldRun have created a feature that lets people pose virtually in a photo with the president and post it online. A collection of the best photos is displayed on the Ad Your Voice Facebook page.

To get involved, download the app from the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store, create your Obama picture and #AdYourVoice.

“This is the perfect complement to the Ad Your Voice 2012 video campaign,” said Ad Your Voice 2012 founders Alexandra Kerry and Amanda Griscom Little. “Not everyone can or will submit video messages to the project, so now those people who want to share their support but who may not have the time or means can do so with user generated political photo ads, a personal, simple, fun and effective communication tool.”
