There is no doubt that AMV BBDO is doing some of the most interesting digital work in the UK right now (they won last month’s Creativeshowcase yet again with their work for Wrigley’s 5 Gum). So when their latest campaign lands in my inbox, it would be rude not to post it, especially as the video actually made me smile and the game is actually simple yet quite addictive. Anyway here the story of Esteban Ortega – The Dip Desperado:

People can also interact with Esteban and his story, with this Facebook game, where you can challenge the skills of the man himself and tackle many obstacles along the way. They’ve also created an iPhone app and an Android app, for your flicking pleasure.

Esteban will also be performing a Mexican takeover of both their UK Facebook and Twitter profiles, sharing quirky updates from The Dip Desperado. Fans will get an entire experience that will be interactive and playful, as well as have the opportunity to win a range of exciting prizes.
