We’ve just launched Flush tracker an idea for Domestos, we were briefed to help raise awareness of World Toilet Day (no, not a joke, a serious matter, you ignorant bastards).
Tap in your postcode, which should house the location of the toilet you have just flushed, and the site will show you exactly what happens to your flush once it disappears down the toilet: its exact position, speed and distance travelled as it navigates the length of Britain’s sewage system.
The point is to amaze you with the huge sewage systems that take care of our sanitation, and thus hit home the message that 2.6 billion people have no such system, meaning their waste goes nowhere causing disease.
