adidas have become the first company to add augmented reality to their products, according to Wired Magazine's article. In February, adidas originals will release augmented reality enabled trainers which can be activated on adidas.com - presenting an adidas originals virtual world which can be controlled by manipulating the trainer. Chrome Shorts

I started using Google Chrome this week, as it was recently released for macs. And I must say I'm impressed with it's speed and usability. I'm even more impressed by the 11 short films that Google has created to support it's launch. The approach reminds me of the very successful adiColor campaign that ran a few years back - adidas briefed several young directors to come up with their interpretation of each of the colours in the range. Stella’s Ritual

In an effort to dramaize their pouring ritual, Stella have set up an 21 day painting project in central New York. which features a hand painted bill board depicting the step by step pouring ritual in a pain staking process that portrays the brand's craft message. November’s Creative Showcase Winners

Creative Showcase have released their November winner's and here is my take on them... First place was awarded to the Trivial Pursuit Experiment by Tribal DDB. The website is part of a wider campaign that includes viral, online display, social media and PR co-developed with US based agency Uproar. Picture 4 On Friday Creative Social's Mark Chalmers introduced our talk at Eurobest which was then given by Ted Persson & Tony Hogqvist.
